Well I'm not the original pposter, but I believe it's a project that's beihng started; it's a game which is completely audio driven and you play it through the website. Forget what the URL is now.
It sounds quite interesting, but then again I love fantasy adventure games which is what this is supposed to be. My only complaint is the title can be a bit misleading since it's not actually about monkeys. As I understand it the title is a reference to an Eastern picture or statue. Supposedly it was inspired by a picture or a statue depicting three monkeys covering their mouthes, ears and eyes with hands, a reference to the concept of see no evil, hear no evil, speak no evil.
Kick starter is a site to help raise funds for a cause. I think the orginal poster is trying to raise funds to help fund their project.
